Where do you live and windsurf?
Living in Ventura, windsurfing in Leo Carillo (by Malibu), C Street, Maui or Baja California
When (and where) did you start windsurfing?
When I was 11 on the lakes in Austria, but got really hooked at age 18 in Fuerte.
A few lines about me:
My addiction windsurfing resulted in a life-long "relationship" ;-)
What does windsurfing (kiteboarding) mean to you?
Love for windsurfing and the ocean made me move closer to the ocean... now I live 10 min away from the surfing and windsurfing spot C Street!

Getting on the water back home

Finally I'm getting in some time on the water on my surf- and windsurfboard. I really got hooked again after my trip to Baja. The summer is of course nice in California, but better is the fall - less crowds and still nice temperatures (not that burning heat) and rather warm water. The trade winds will drop soon though and we'll have to wait for the clearing winds ... which I'm not a big fan of because the water is dirty after the rainfalls and it's not recommended to go in for at least 3 days. Another Great Punta San Carlos (PSC) Adventure

After not having been able to go down to this world class wavesailing spot in quite a while, I finally found someone with a great Baja mobile again – Sebastian, aka Seabass, whose job ARE adventures – like expeditions to Antarctica, the Sahara and his latest big one to the North Pole – was a perfect companion to “carpool” with.
