With just two Wave events (Pozo, Sylt) this season and the huge dissapointment of having just a single Freestyle event (Lanzarote) this year, the Slalom Tour became the real ray of hope for professional womens windsurfing in 2010.
At the last tour stop in Alcati, Turkey, we saw a huge fleet of 21 females saw the battle between Karin Jaggi and Valerie Arrighetti (Ghibodo), with the latter taking the honors.

Multiple World Champion Karin Jaggi felt their breath in her neck at the 2010 PWA Ulsan Slalom World Cup in South Korea. But her young and highly talented opponents, Freestyle World Champion Sarah-Quita Offringa and French Speed Queen Alice Arutkin in the first place, failed to take the honors in the end.

It is not easy with a baby because you have less time but if you want you can windsurf also abroad. Travelling for a baby is not a problem and I think it is important to continue doing what you love! I hope in future my baby will love sea and windsurf!
Next summer we will go to Lanzarote.
May be we will meet somewhere around the world.
